In a perfect world, states would make it easy to vote-by-mail this election year, due to the restrictions of an ongoing pandemic...
...but given that is not the case, knowing your stuff is more important than ever.
#CountMeIn2020 will foster a groundswell of empowerment nationwide — making eligible voters aware of their voting status, and holding their state representatives accountable to accept and count EVERY ballot on Election Day, November 3rd, 2020.
“Someone struggled for your right to vote. Use it.”
Susan B. Anthony
We want to meet voters in the moment — a moment where the democratic process is made difficult by COVID-19, financial hardship, the gutting of our national Postal Service, and so much more.
We want to Inspire voters to challenge their state reps — and ensure balance between physical voting locations and vote-by-mail options.
We want to Inform voters of how they can vote this election year — and be a resource for updating their registration status, requesting ballots, and finding their nearest poll stations.
And finally, we want to Mobilize voters — by empowering them to exercise their civic duty in November, while encouraging their friends and family to do the same.
